Terms for using TravelPin.

1. Use of the Service

TravelPin helps users save, organize, and plan travel-related content. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to access some features. You are responsible for the activity associated with your account and for keeping your access credentials secure.

3. User Content

You may submit or save content such as places, links, notes, captions, trip plans, and images. You retain rights to your content, but you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, and operate the service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

5. Subscription Details

TravelPin offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system:

• TravelPin Unlimited Monthly — $9.99 per month.
• TravelPin Unlimited Yearly — $59.99 per year and may include a 2-week free trial for eligible users.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device settings under Apple ID and Subscriptions.

Prices may vary by region, currency, taxes, and promotional eligibility. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

6. AI Features

TravelPin may provide AI-generated outputs such as itineraries, summaries, or extracted place details. These outputs are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if we reasonably need to protect the service, users, or third parties.

9. Disclaimers

TravelPin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jiyuu Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TravelPin after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
